Dear Cindy,
Sorry its taken so long to write, but we just moved to Colorado. Anyway, Hagen is doing wonderful.
He fits into our family so nicely. He is so great with our one year old son. Christopher likes to
sit next to Hagen when he plays. Hagen loves our other dogs and enjoys going to dog parks. He's a
great socializer and doesn't have a mean bone in his body. Hagen is also super smart and very loving.
We love him so much!
Thank you again for such a wonderful dog.
When its time, long from now, we hope to one day purchase another great dog from Von Fenwald.
I've attached a few pictures of Hagen and will  send more as he grows up.

Hi Cindy,
I wanted to share this with you.
After Ken came home from work, he took Jarie out in our front yard and in front of the house, so she can socialize a bit, and do a little running.
We never would of guessed how productive this night became. First a 13 year old boy, stopped by on his scooter to talk to Jarie. We found out he also has a nine month old male Black and Red GSD, so he was real excited to see her. Jarie just loved him, and was very interested in the scooter. He goes home and brings his sister back by, she ran up to her and just hugged her, real tight too, all the time, Jarie was just milking all the attention. Now here come 2 younger sisters, probably 4 years and a 2 year old, with dad. These kids were really nice kids, which I hate to admit, but I haven't seen kids like that in a very long time.

They just played and hugged Jarie all over. Jarie liked the bikes, the scooters, and all the kids, including the dad.

This was the best social experience you can ask for. Dogs down the street, barking and pulling on the owners leash, the next door neighbors were making all kinds of noise outside, getting in and out of vehicles,
all the while Jarie was the center of attention, and she loved it, and was very well behaved. She never barked or whined, she was a perfect lady. She was sitting in a perfect sit. There were 2 cats no further than 10 feet away from her the whole times, different ages and Gender, and cars going by.
Jarie has a very high prey drive, so to see this, we were just so amazed.

I just had to brag! We are so proud of our little girl.
We had to come in and celebrate by ordering Pizza.

Dear Cindy,

Well, it has been almost a year since I received my beautiful girl and I can not tell you how she just makes my life better. She is the best. I finally have downloaded pictures to send to you. I hope they are not too big. I hope all is well with you.

She has far surpassed me and my ability to train, but she is the absolute best.

I love her so much and can not imagine life without her!!!

• Potty training was a breeze.  It took less than two weeks: He barks whenever he has to go.  No accidents since he learned. 
• As for chewing forbidden items: Cindy, it's unbelievable but he doesn't do it.  Once he knows it's a "No", he leaves it alone (except for shoes; all he does is grabs them and plays "catch me if you can" but does NOT chew them).  
• Excellent behavior around children.  Our house is where the kids like to come; we have NOT had one problem. 
• Calm, confident, loyal, beautiful, loving companion.  Not afraid of anything!
• Loves driving in the truck and car, sleeping with us and learning new things everyday

Hi Cindy!  I hope everything is going well with you!  You certainly deserve things to go well!
I did want to tell you once again how much we adore Markus! He is just the most amazing, loving, intelligent, stunning boy.  I think of him as almost human instead of a dog. Greg and I were just looking at him last night as he lay between us, just overwhelmed at how lucky we are to have him.....and we think he's pretty lucky to have us! Cindy, every where we go people comment on how striking he is and many people tell me they've never seen such a beautiful shepherd. He's going to the Reliant dog show with me this year, and to the GSD Nationals in agility. Monday nights we train at the top agility school in the Metroplex, and every Wednesday we drive to Houston and train at Flashpaws on Thursday mornings.....one of the top agility training centers in the country! The owner and her husband have the number one GSD agility dog in the country....Blitza! I just wish you could see Markus run courses......he is so focused on me, thinks, holds his stay at the start line, can turn on a dime, and runs 12 weave poles like a Border collie.....no small feat!  I think he's the fastest dog in class!  We are also beginning training for his TDI so he can be a therapy dog......he loves everyone so much.....big people, small people, babies, other dogs, cats,....although he does go bonkers chasing squirrels!! <G> He especially loves every Wednesday night when we stay with a friend with two female German shepherds......the three of them are happy campers together!  They run in and out the dog door into the backyard, and just have a great time. He is the love of our lives, Cindy.....and when the time is right, we want another wonderful Fenwald dog.  Thanks for all you do to give us these wonderful dogs!  Julane 

Hello Cindy,

I want to thank you so very much for our beautiful little girl, Jarie. She is everything we wanted in a puppy. We have searched for a very long time to find the right breeder, and the right puppy. We are not novices in the German Shepherd breed, and knew  what   we wanted. You have proven time and time again that you are that breeder. Jarie is now just 4 months old, and already knows her sits, downs, leave its, and working on stays. She has never pottied in the house or her crate, and has always slept through the night. She is a very happy puppy, and wags her tail at everyone she meets.  The many times I have talked to you, you have always taken the time to listen, and answer any questions I may have. You obviously have a big heart, and really care about your puppies. Please know you are very much appreciated, and will always be a part of  our lives. We are very proud of Jarie, she amazes us everyday, with all the little antics she does. She is just absolutely a beautiful and healthy puppy. We have gotten a lot of compliments on her.
Thanks again for blessing our lives with Jarie.

Hi Cindy..
I hope these are better, he's not one to sit still for any length of time. He's doing very well, the vet loves him. She said that he was the most beautiful shepherd she has ever seen and she has seen allot. He weighed in at 55lbs at 16 weeks. He's so much fun, loves to play and take his rest on the living room couch. If you have some business cards send them to me and I will put them in the restaurant, so many people ask me where I got him. Oh well gotta go, take care!

dear cindy,
here are some pics of axel.  he puts my daughter to sleep every night because she is afraid to go to sleep by herself.  when she is asleep, he assumes his post at the front door for the evening.  He is just PRICELESS!!!

These pictures of Timo were Taken a couple months ago. He is two weeks away from his first birthday. Filling out nicely. Will get you some birthday pictures in a couple weeks.
